1. Who we are

Skyscraper Local LLC provides done-for-you lead generation and marketing services for small businesses and local organizations. Co-founded by Maureen Lauer-Gatta and Edie Liu. Contact: hello@skyscraperlocal.com.

2. About the Site

The Site is informational. It describes our services, our team, and how to contact us. The Site is not itself the service. Our actual services are provided under separate written agreements with each client.

3. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You will not:

• Attempt to access non-public areas, accounts, or systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Site
• Use automated tools to scrape or collect data without permission
• Submit false, misleading, or harmful information through our contact form
• Use the Site to impersonate any person or entity

4. Our content

All content on this Site — including text, images, logos, design, and code — is owned by Skyscraper Local LLC or used with permission. You may view and share it for personal, non-commercial purposes. Reproducing, modifying, or republishing without our written permission is not permitted.

5. Submissions you make

When you submit information through our contact form or send us an email, you confirm that the information is accurate to your knowledge, that you have the right to share it, and that we may use it to respond to and serve you.

6. Service descriptions and pricing

Service descriptions and prices shown on the Site are illustrative and may change. Final scope, deliverables, and pricing for any work we do for you will be set out in a separate written agreement.

7. No guaranteed results

Marketing outcomes depend on many factors, including your business, market, audience, and effort. We do our best work for every client, but we do not guarantee specific results — such as a number of leads, sales, conversions, or rankings — from any service we describe on the Site.

8. Third-party services and links

The Site may link to third-party platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Google, and others) or describe services that integrate with third-party tools. We don't control those third parties and aren't responsible for their content, terms, or availability.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties — express or implied — about its accuracy, reliability, or fitness for any purpose. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Skyscraper Local LLC and its founders, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption — arising out of or related to your use of the Site. Our total liability for any direct damages will not exceed $100.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Skyscraper Local LLC and its founders from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

12. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The effective date at the top will reflect the latest version. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the new Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Ohio.
